1. PSAT TEST DATE: October 2024

Registration Deadline:
 
The PSAT is for any junior who is planning to attend a four-year college.  Sophomores may take this test for practice only, but will be required to take it again as a junior.  This is a junior test.

3. ASVAB TEST

The ASVAB Test will be given to all juniors in November 2024 in the CHS cafeteria Periods 1-4.

This is a FREE Career Exploratory Service.

5. NCAA CLEARINGHOUSE/ELIGIBILITY CENTER: 
All students planning to play Division I or Division II college sports, please complete the NCAA Eligibility Center registration form online @ www.ncaaeligibilitycenter.org.
 
There is a FEE ($70) to complete the registration form.
 
Print and bring in the transcript release form to the Guidance Office so an official transcript can be sent to the Clearinghouse. This form can be found at the Eligibility Center Website under "Resources". 
 
You will not be eligible to play a college sport until this process is complete and a transcript has been sent.
 
6. FINANCIAL AID: 
 
The CHS Financial Aid Night will be held on Wednesday, October 2 at 6:30 PM in the CHS Auditorium.

9. EMERGING HEALTHCARE AND ENGINEERING PROGRAM:
 
There will be an introductory meeting for anyone interested in participating in the Emerging Healthcare and Engineering Program through LCCC, LCTI, and Penn State in the CHS Guidance Office sometime in January 2021.  Any student interested in doing this their senior year should plan to attend this meeting.  Please listen for announcements.
