The following scholarship application is FOR CATASAUQUA STUDENTS ONLY!
To be an eligible recipient for any of the scholarships through this application process, your complete scholarship application must be submitted to the CHS SCHOOL COUNSELING OFFICE no later than
FRIDAY, APRIL 4, 2025

Complete the Main Catasauqua Scholarship Application

The application is a Google document and should be completed with an electronic device.

Make a copy of the Google document and add it to your personal Google drive.

Type your responses into your copy of the application.

The application should be completed in full; meaning do NOT leave any portion of the application blank. All information provided will be kept confidential and reviewed only by the scholarship committee of Catasauqua High School.

Scholarship candidates should submit the Main Catasauqua Scholarship Application for each award to which they are applying, and any additional materials as noted in the Application Requirements column of the chart below.
